Are you certain that the white space between "FILE" and "data/gempak..." are 
given as tab characters in your pqact.gempak file?  Same for "EXEC" and 
"util/dccraft_move"

The Error in configuration-file "/home/ldm/etc/pqact.gempak" message tells me 
that the file is there is an entry with a formatting mistake.
