[GEMPAK #YLI-320108]: IDD NEXRAD Level II Decoding

Hi Warren,

* Can you confirm that ldmd.conf has a REQUEST entry for NEXRAD2?
* And that ldmadmin was stopped and started?
* You may have to use a two-step process as described here:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/data/radar.html#nexrad2

using the program "dccraft_move" which is included with GEMPAK in GEMPAK7/bin/
