[GEMPAK #MEL-140119]: problem decoding GRIB2

Hi Mark,

In $GEMBTL/grid/ create a symbolic link for g2varswmo6.tbl pointing to 
g2varswmo2.tbl and you should be good to go.  I'll need to include this and 
g2vcrdwmo6.tbl in the next GEMPAK update.

> ln -s g2varswmo2.tbl g2varswmo6.tbl
