[GEMPAK #KUT-192301]: Gempak install

Hi Maria,

You'll need to follow the GEMPAK installation procedure outline on our website 
at:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/gempak/doc/install.html

It's assumed for this guide and throughout the rest of our online documentation 
that GEMPAK is installed in gempak user account (for example,uncompressed in 
/home/gempak to create /home/gempak/GEMPAK6.4.0)
