GEMPAK 5.11.1 binaries were tested on (in decreasing order of stringency):

IRIX64
Fedora [78]
Solaris x86 10
Solaris SPARC 5.9
MacOS-X 10.4
FreeBSD 4.11

What operating system in particular are you interested in running GEMPAK on?
