[GEMPAK #IZM-189111]: MDR in garp on GEMPAK5.10.3 ?

Neil,

I had to merge in a lot of new entries from NCEP for SSMI, AMSU, etc,
so lost track of the UNIWISC MDR entry. I'm sure you can grab
them out of your old distribution, but I'll attach the
$GEMTBL/sat/imgtyp.tbl and $GEMTBL/luts/mdr.tbl just in
case, and as well for the support archive....
