NWS Data Management and/or Greg Legg?, The bufr format QuikSCAT products being broadcast on NOAAPORT (eg the ISXX01 KNES through ISXX09 KNES products) have been showing WMO header times up to 5 hours in the future. For example, at 18:55:55 UTC, AUG 24, 2007 the SBN sequence number 177577808 product was broadcast with WMO header: ISXX07 KNES 250116 The actual data within this product contains a time of 17:53:48 +/- a few seconds. Are you aware of this and/or is there a reason that this is occuring?
