[GEMPAK #GEA-135233]: convert awips ldad data to gempak

Doug,
No, there isn't a LDAD program associated with GEMPAK. Perhaps some NWS users
do that sort of conversion, but not that I know of.

If your data files are NetCDF, then you could write a decoder, but not sure what
your data files contain at this point.
