[GEMPAK #JNR-887397]: gdlist issue

I believe the problem is related to a work around in dg_subg to handle wrapping
global grids by expanding the garea .5 degrees.

As a short term work around, it appears you can use:
GAREA = -90;.5;90;358.5
since it looks like that will yield 0 to 359 degrees.
Thy that and see what you get...

I'll look into a code solution for the longer term.
