Gilbert,

The prodserv.html page is the level 3 multicast service from the weather 
service, and
not level 2.

NWS isn't making any operation changes until at least April. We'll see if they 
start using that dvbs
bandwidth for additional level 3 products at some point, but there is nothing 
pending on the sevice
change notices web site.
