Brian,

Your best avenue for information about GEMVIS is probably the gembud email list,
since gemvis is not a Unidata application. Due to the significant changes in 
the GEMPAK grid library in the past few years, it is unlikely that an old 
version of the
software would be compatible with the GEMPAK library routines without some 
modification
for the current GEMPAK distribution.
