The email you found referencing a dcuair2 was a very old message where I 
provided
a user with an interim decoder solution prior to the UUAA capability being 
included
within the distribution, as it is now. The current distribution does decode the 
UUAA bulletins.

If you could provide one of your UUAA products, I can take a look at it.
