Chris, Are you using the binary I provided, or a locally compiled version? The binary was compiled under FC3. Assuming that your gcc/glibc distribution is current (check gcc -v, hopefully its 3.4.4 or later), this would typically signal a gplt process that not compatible with the 5.9.1 distribution- eg, tring to use a gplt process from an old distribution. Is $GEMEXE correctly defined as $NAWIPS/os/linux/bin? That should be set if you are correctly sourcing the 5.9.1 Gemenviron- however, if you had hardcoded something in, or had an old window open, then an old GEMPAK version could be getting mixed in.
