20050203: dcmetr problem

Bill,

Sounds like your data has been striped of the metar bulletin
delimeters. Without these delimeters, dcmetr won't find
and bulletins to process. The easiest way to add delimeters is
using the ZCZC and NNNN (AFOS) delimeters shown here:
