20031105: importing and creating new text documents

Dusty,

If you are refering to real-time data, you can receive
the upperair data via the LDM software through our IDD,
and decoder the data as it arrives using dcuair as is shown
in $NAWIPS/ldm/etc/templates/pqact.gempak_decoders.in

The output of dcuair is a GEMPAK upperair file viewable by sncross.
