Christopher, GEMPAK can read the NEXRAD products as they are in the IDD data stream. Sample pqact.conf actions are available at: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/gempak/examples/pqact/pqact.html In particular, for the NEXRAD data: NEXRAD<tab>^SDUS[2357]. .... ([0-3][0-9])([0-2][0-9])([0-6][0-9]).*/p(...)(...) <tab> FILE <tab> -close <tab>data/gempak/nexrad/NIDS/\5/\4/\4_(\1:yyyy)(\1:mm)\1_\2\3 Mind the tabs above in pqact.conf. This data/gempak/nexrad directory will be under your ~ldm location In Gemenviron, set RAD to be the path to ~ldm/data/gempak/NEXRAD.
