Donna, The NSHARP program was created by NWS (SPC and AWC) developers with a selection interface that is focused on the CONUS. In the present version, that is all that is available outside of placing the sounding data in the ascii format for import using the "load-->Archive Files" selection (the ascii format is that which is produced from the SAVE button on the "SHOW TEXT" page and is saved to the DECDDROB file -- unfortunately not the same format as snlist would produce). I can look into adding a selection interface that allows the map region to be selected by the user.
