ldmConnect is a perl script in our anonymous ftp area under
pub/decoders/decoders.tar.Z.

We had to use this under FOS because zones were transmitted in pieces,
eg the PAA PAB PAC.....PZZ parts. ldm Connect would reassemble the parts into
a single file. I think NOAAPort allows all of these to be a single
product (eg no splitting up in pieces), so you can probably be safe
just filing the zones anyway.

But...if you ever need to reassemble pieces, you know where ldmConnect is!
