20000102: y2k problem in dcgrib?

Are you running the pl12 distribution? I use the YYYY template
pattern here and don't see any problems. Harry Edmond mentioned
your problem, but also said that it went away once he started
using the pl12 version (they hadn't copied the updated decoders to
the LDM so they were still using very old versions).
