Robert, It looks like oagrid isn't sucessfully creating the grid file for oabsnd to write its output to. Try using a single level for oagrid to use, such as levels = 700 or levels = 500. Using a level that you assume gives reprresentative coverage for reporting stations should allow the program to calculate a reasonable deltan. If you are not able to run oabsnd with all levels and all parameters at one time, you can run the program several times, using a subset of levels also.
