[netCDFJava #LEL-407634]: NJ4.1 problem reading Grib file

Rich mentioned that there was some test data files at: 
ftp://ftp.glerl.noaa.gov/incoming/e200933612-swt.grb

I couldn't find the files in the incoming directory or any other place on the 
GLERL site, do you know where the files are located?
