DISSEMINATION OF MODEL DATA TO THE GATEWAY FTP SERVERS IS
BACKED UP CONSIDERABLY.  MODEL FILES DELIVERED TO THESE
SERVERS WILL BE DELAYED.  THE NWS GATEWAY IS TRYING TO
ISOLATE AND RESOLVE THIS DATA FLOW PROBLEM.
