[AWIPS #EBS-332037]: Love the program, but have a question

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The is a known issue with our 
version 20 of AWIPS. We do however, have a beta version 23 of AWIPS that does 
not have issue of radar data falling behind. If you want to install the latest 
beta CAVE version, you can find the instructions here: 
https://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave-beta-v23/
