[AWIPS #MNI-585131]: Feature request #2

At this point we will be keeping the toolbar as is. 
The slightly different button images are to help differentiate the Unidata vs 
NWS build of AWIPS.
We also have removed a few buttons (functionality can still be found in the 
menus) to better fit users who are working on a laptop with smaller screens.
