I am seeing we are having latencies in processing radar data at that time and will be looking into this further. However, in the mean time, on our new beta EDEX (running v23.4.1) I am not seeing these latencies currently so one suggestion would be to download the beta CAVE and connect to our new beta EDEX. Instructions can be found here: https://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave-beta-v23/ Thanks, Tiffany Meyer AWIPS Lead Software Engineer NSF Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: EOJ-399370 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with NSF Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
