Hello,

Thank you for pointing out those times and radars. I am seeing we are having 
latencies in processing radar data at that time and will be looking into this 
further.

However, in the mean time, on our new beta EDEX (running v23.4.1) I am not 
seeing these latencies currently so one suggestion would be to download the 
beta CAVE and connect to our new beta EDEX. Instructions can be found here:  
https://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave-beta-v23/
