Sorry CAVE is giving you some issues currently. Just a few questions to help us troubleshoot: - Which model data are you trying to load exactly? - Are you able to successfully load any other type of data (surface obs, satellite, radar, etc)? - How are you launching CAVE (what file are you actually running to start CAVE)? - Can you please send the output of the configuration found by going to the CAVE menu > About CAVE > Click the "Installation Details" button > Click the "Configuration" tab at the top > and then copy that text either directly into the email or into a text file and send that as an attachment.
