[AWIPS #XBI-122690]: Procedures and color tables all gone

Hello,

Do you know specifically what those procedures/colortables were called?

I see:

cmhaisley_Carries-Mac-mini.local/colormaps/Grid/warm to cold.cmap
cmhaisley_Carries-Mac-mini.local/procedures/AK-NAM11.xml
cmhaisley_Carries-Mac-mini.local/procedures/GFS Global.xml

I also see another similar user: lalmon04_Carries-Mac-mini.local
