Hi there, > After over a week, I am still having problems with CAVE for use in my > class. I have cleared the cache, but this > is a new installation of CentOS7-Unidata-CAVE-18.2.1-6 via VMware > Workstation 16 Player on a set of Windows machines. > > How can we fix this? You are running an outdated version of CAVE which is not compatible with our public EDEX server. Please download the current version of CAVE and I think this should fix the issues you're seeing. The instructions for the VMWare Player CAVE download are here: https://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave/#download-and-installation-instructions_2 You do not need to re-download VMWare Workstation Player. Just download our new zipped VM and then open it in VMWare using our instructions and you should be able to connect to our server and properly load data. Let me know if you have any issues?
