Hi Scott, We can set up a video call where you can share your screen for us and we can work with you to troubleshoot a few things and see what you are witnessing. Does Thursday at 11:00am Eastern work? (I'm in central and Shay is in mountain time). We're open both Thursday and Friday morning if that doesn't work.
