Hi Scott, > I have installed the latest CAVE version 20.3.2-1 on my macbook and still > can't plot data on > the Volume browser as it is giving me the same error (Unhandled event loop > exception). Where > did we leave working on this a month ago? Just to confirm, you are seeing an issue loading data from the Volume Browser on two different machines? One Windows 10 machine and now also on a MacBook? Are you running these machines at a work network or at home? Have you noticed any difference at either of the locations? Have you tried stopping CAVE, removing caveData (https://unidata.github.io/awips2/appendix/common-problems/#removing-cavedata) and then restarting again? On the windows, you would need to update to the latest version of CAVE and it will point to our correct, production EDEX server. (https://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave/#method-1-direct-windows-install) It sort of seems like your CAVE instances aren't quite communicating with our EDEX server properly. Is there any way to double check that your local ports 9581 and 9582 are open for public traffic? --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer NSF Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: ZGP-732800 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Emergency Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with NSF Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
