The screenshot you sent is of the Lambert Conformal Conic Projection with 1 Standard Parallel. This page from ArcGIS might be a bit more informative on what the different parameters of the projection mean. Since this is the 1 Standard Parallel ("_1SP") option, all three options of the latitude of origin, the first standard parallel and the second standard parallel are all equal, so only the latitude of origin is shown as a box to fill in. https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/map/projections/lambert-conformal-conic.htm Let me know if that helps?
