[AWIPS #WJV-453958]: Model comparisons

Hello,

The model comparisons for heights and MSLP should now have 4 models (GFS, NAM, 
HRRR, and RAP) that get plotted. You may need to restart CAVE. If you notice 
the product in legend, but it says "Not Loaded" then you might have to go back 
a few time steps because HRRR and RAP forecasts don't go out as far as the GFS 
and NAM.
