[AWIPS #FLE-449443]: disappearing points

Hello,

How many points are you supposed to have in your JE Places? I'm seeing that you 
have 4:
Adkins (this is currently set to hidden so you can't see it, but you can change 
this with the GUI)
Kris
Kris David (same location as Kris)
Sue

The only way the points would disappear is if they got got deleted using the 
GUI in CAVE.
