Okay good to know. We don't have many desktop users, so sometimes that slips
my mind!

I don't think that's necessary yet, we should be able to get it to work on your
desktop.

I am not a network specialist, so this is a little out of my realm of
expertise, but from that
second picture it could be any/all of those three networks you might have to
modify.
The ports we CAVE needs to communicate to EDEX on are 9581 and 9582.
If you know how to open/add exceptions for those ports, that would be the next
step.
Also, I don't know if Bitdefender can have port exceptions, but it would be
good to look to
adding it there too. And/or seeing if it has any kind of output when you
currently try to
connect to EDEX, to see if that's what's causing the issue.
