[AWIPS #XGF-843219]: Product Loading Issue on CAVE

Hello,

Our public EDEX for beta V20 (edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu) is fully back up and 
running again. Have you had a chance to remove caveData and try loading METARs 
again?
