Hi Tom, > Refresh my memory where should this file be resident? > > %APPDATA%\UCAR Unidata\AWIPS CAVE\Python to your Path and PYTHONHOME Are you referring to the direct Windows install now? If so, for the beta, these are the instructions you need to follow: http://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave-beta-v20/#download-and-installation-instructions_1 Let me know if that makes sense? Note: This will override your default setting of Python. So, if that's important to you, you may want to consider one of the other install options. --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: BNB-479980 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Emergency Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
