[AWIPS #QSP-314600]: v20 Startup Issues

Hmm, that's odd because caveData should be removed during the install process...

Can you try from a terminal pinging the URL? 

ping edex-beta.unidata.ucar.edu

And then possibly also trying to connect directly to the IP address from the 
ping.
