So, just to clarify, you have been running NWS CAVE v20 and pointing to our edex server at "edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu"? I'm surprised that was working at all, given our server is a v18/19 type hybrid and I didn't think it was compatible with v20 CAVE. Unfortunately, I've never actually heard of a proxy server requirement for CAVE or EDEX, so we're unfamiliar with what you're experiencing. --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: DKN-419500 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
