Hi there, Hmm... When hitting the "Enter" button could you have the window with the black background and white text (the terminal window) visible also, and see if anything seems to happen when you hit the "Enter" button? If so, could you try and copy and paste the message? This may or may not be possible because it's usually continually scrolling with text output, but you should be able to scroll up a little. Aside from this, after you hit the "Enter" button, could you open the AlertView window (by going to the "CAVE" menu > "Open AlertView") and let us know if anything shows up in there? Also, what version of Windows 10 are you running? Thanks. --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: CML-517492 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
