Hi there, Can you confirm which version of CAVE you're running on Windows? The best way to do this is to close and re-open CAVE, and look at the version number that's on the image that pops up when it's first starting up. It should be on the right side of the image a be 18.2.1-x (where x could be a different number depending on your install).
