Hmm... that is interesting. Okay, can I get a little more information first. You said you are running on Windows, right? Are you running the "direct install" (installed the MSI of CAVE and made other necessary environment changes), or are you running in the Linux VM? You said you _were_ able to receive all data when connected from another network, using the same installation of CAVE? And just to verify, you are connected to our (Unidata's) EDEX at edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu, right? What version of CAVE are you running (this should pop up on the splash screen image when first starting CAVE)?
