Hey Tony, > Yes, when I restart my computer my IPv6 is still unchecked. Oddly enough, > CAVE does work only once after I do a restart (so I have to continually > restart my computer in order to use it). I followed the steps in clearing > the caveData folder as you provided and that did not work. You should be able to run CAVE as many times as you want after that initial restart. I don't think you should have to restart your machine before running CAVE. Or is that what you're specifically experiencing: - restart machine - start CAVE -- works - stop CAVE - start CAVE again -- doesn't work (repeat process) Thanks --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: SEM-768767 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
