[AWIPS #SEM-768767]: Error instantiating workbench: Null

You should be able to run CAVE as many times as you want after that initial
restart.  I don't think you should have to restart your machine before 
running CAVE.  Or is that what you're specifically experiencing:
- restart machine
- start CAVE -- works
- stop CAVE
- start CAVE again -- doesn't work
(repeat process)
