[AWIPS #RGM-945173]: CAVE 18.2.1-5 Not Displaying Wind FLags

Thanks for testing this out.  I will should have access to a Mac with the 
proper OS tomorrow and
I can test this out as well and give you more information if/when I am able to 
get CAVE working
properly with Python.

I'll keep you updated.
