[AWIPS #TZH-181414]: GFE Usage

Hi there,

Sorry for the delayed response.  I believe we have fixed the issues for GFE on 
our 
end, so it should be working for you now.  Just as a reminder, we only support
OAX as the localization site, and the GFE is only available in our Linux 
distribution.
You can either run it directly on a Linux machine, or in the Virtual Machine 
build
offered for Windows.
