Hello,

Do you connect to Unidata's EDEX or which do you connect to?

If connecting to Unidata's, can you please stop CAVE, remove caveData, and 
restart CAVE?

Can you share a screenshot of what your satellite menu looks like:
Satellite --> GOES-East Full Disk --> GLM Products
