Hi there,

>  Does anyone know when Hazard Services will be open to the public?

Hazard Services is still a work in progress, and has not been fully integrated 
into
the NWS version of AWIPS.  Unidata's version is usually a bit behind the NWS 
one,
so it will still be a while until HS is in our AWIPS.  Once it is more robustly 
tested we will look into incorporating it into future builds.
