[AWIPS #SGX-641557]: EDEX b18.1.2-3 ingest failing to run with default configuration

Hey Ryan,

My command from last night had a mistake.  You need to include the dash.

su - awips

That changes the environment as well, which I believe is what is causing 
your issue.  It's not running the proper version of java.

So please try 

su - awips
sudo edex start

And let us know what happens.
