[AWIPS #SGX-641557]: EDEX b18.1.2-3 ingest failing to run with default configuration

Hi Ryan,

Wait so did edexIngest start up? Or no? What was the entire output after running
  sudo edex start
from the user awips?

If you ran:
  edex status
After, did it show ingest running?
