Ok it worked! BUT... The magnitude was -2.2 and the change to 22 now has it 10x the original an in the opposite polarity (which will be important to plot for an electric utility company) So questions before I get into asking about creating menu items... 1. Any way to preserve the original values? 2. Why doesn’t submitting it via pqinsert -v -l ./log.log -f LIGHTNING ./test_nldn work since a correspoinding entry for NLDN LIGHTNING exists in pqact.conf file? The log.log shows it accepted it ok... 20210924T180231.373719Z pqinsert[5369] pqinsert.c:main:439 INFO 38 20210924180231.373427 LIGHTNING 000 ./test_nldn But there is ... - nothing in the edex-ingest file that shows up regarding this file being processed (or not) at the corresponding time of 2021-09-25 18:02 +/- a minute - nothing in the /awips2/data_store directory (should be a lightning subidr per pqaact.conf) - no edex-ingest-unreqcognized file with todays date. -----Original Message----- From: Unidata AWIPS Support <address@hidden> Sent: Friday, September 24, 2021 1:54 PM To: Manousos, Peter C <address@hidden> Subject: [EXTERNAL] [AWIPS #MOM-689702]: Lightning data from local feed > Okay, try changing the -2.2 to 22 then that should work Thanks,
