[AWIPS #MOM-689702]: Lightning data from local feed

Hi Tiffany - ok so making some progress but no full luck yet...

Made a one line file using the data you submitted successfully called tes3_nldn 
containg a single line (used vi)
09/22/2021 22:03:51 37.60 -79.48 -2.2 1

Submitted uing the command
python /awips2/ldm/dev/notifyAWIPS2-unidata.py 
/fewxops/awscripts/datafeed/nldn/test3_nldn

And see this in the edex-ingest log

Not sure how to interpret that error - am wondering if there are tabs between 
the entries or needs a special set of control chars at beginning/and or end. 
The file you submitted, was is just plain text or something else?
